- Donald "Don" V. Costa died Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at the Marcella Center in Burlington. Born in New York City, Don was 80 years old.
In 1958, he became an original resident of Willingboro. Don retired as a Navy Recruiter after 21 years of service. Don worked in numerous personnel departments for several companies, retiring in 1985.
Don is predeceased by his loving wife of 29 years Dolores L. Costa. He is survived by his devoted, loving companion of 22 years, Ruth D. Phelan of Willingboro. Dear father of Michelle L. Cann (Charles J.) of Edgewater Park and James V. Costa (Gail M.) of Haddonfield. Loving grandfather of 2nd Lt. Michael V. Cann, Matthew J. Cann, Melanie Marie Costa and Faith Ann Costa. Brother of Carol V. Jarrel of Leesburg, FL.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Don's visitation Sunday eve, 7 to 9 PM and Monday, 10 to 11 AM at SNOVER/GIVNISH OF CINNAMINSON, 1200 Route 130 North, 856-829-8000. His Life Celebration Service will follow 11 AM. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Route 130 North, Cinnaminson, NJ.
